A fall evening of Gulf oysters, a low-country boil for the non-oyster crowd, string lights and neighbors. If enough households are in, we split the cost and hire a local caterer to shuck.

Two or three local food trucks one evening a month. Bring a chair, meet the people who live on the next street.

One Saturday, every driveway. We advertise it once for the whole neighborhood so shoppers actually show up.

An inflatable screen, a family-friendly movie, popcorn and blankets on the grass once the weather cools off.

Two hours, gloves and trash bags provided, coffee and donuts after. Entrances, common areas and the creek bank.

A local shop brings six wines and someone who can actually talk about them. Small group, rotates between host homes or the clubhouse.

A December get-together for the whole neighborhood: potluck, a visit from Santa for the little ones, and a chance to meet the new folks.
